Wynpuf® XH - 2960 est un surfactant en silicone non efficace faible à moyen, conçu pour la mousse de slabstock en polyéther flexible. Il fournit des propriétés de flamme supérieure - ignifuges par rapport à d'autres tensioactifs en silicone.

Caractéristiques et avantages clés

● Synergistic effects with flame retardant, allowing a reduction in flame retardant use levels while maintaining FR properties or improve the FR properties in the same level of flame retardant.   

● Can help foam to meet the demands of BS 5852 crib 5 and TB 117.

● Excellent emulsification to provide better nucleation, finer and more open cells, and better foam physical properties.

● Wide processing latitude.

Le surfactant Wynpuf® XH - 2960 est recommandé pour des applications de stock de dalle flexibles avec des exigences FR. Une note 5 conformément à BS5852 peut être obtenue en utilisant des tensioactifs XH - 2960 conjointement avec des retardateurs de flamme appropriés. Le niveau d'utilisation recommandé est de 1,0 PPHP.

Stabilité de package et de stockage

200 kg de batterie ou 1000 kg IBC

WynPUF® XH-2960 should, if possible, be stored at room temperature. Under these conditions and in original sealed drums, has a shelf-life of 24 months.
